The Century Valve Manifold series represents the most technologically innovative instrumentation valve line available worldwide.
Under a US patent, Century Valve currently manufactures the CM30 Manifold series - the only manifolds available capable of mounting
directly to the Rosemount series 3051/3095 Smart transmitters without the otherwise required co-planar or traditional flange. The CM30
eliminates the intrinsic cost of the co-planar or traditional manifold, reduces process leak points by 50% and greatly reduces the
required space requirements for the transmitter/manifold installation. The CM30 allows for 100% capture of vented process and facilitates
instrument calibration procedures through valve operated manifold access.
The CM30 is available in 2, 3 or 5 valve configurations and can be ordered to suit both smart and traditional transmitters.
In addition, Century Valve manufactures a complete line of traditional instrument manifolds under the following series:
- Pipe to Pipe - Remote Instrument Mount
- Pipe to Flange - Direct Instrument Mount
- Flange to Flange - Direct Instrument Mount
Century Valve's entire instrument manifold series share these outstanding features to ensure customer satisfaction, safety
and valve reliability:
- Available with integral (metal) or soft seats
- NPT or Socketweld connections
- Available with traditional or “non-rotating stem” bonnet configurations
- Standard 2.125" center to center instrument connection spacings; specials available
- Stainless Steel 316 and hybrid stainless/carbon steel manifolds meet NACE MR0175.2002
